What We Offer * $100,000+ annual earning potential for experienced, productive technicians * Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience and certification level * Guaranteed hours available for qualified candidates * Relocation assistance may be available * Consistent year-round workflow * Paid Stellantis training and certification * Factory training opportunities * Modern diagnostic equipment and technology * Organized dispatch process designed to maximize technician productivity * Strong Service Advisor and Parts Department support * Paid vacation and PTO * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * Uniform program * Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts * Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to Stellantis procedures. * Perform mechanical, electrical, drivability, powertrain, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and other repairs. * Complete warranty repairs, recalls, campaigns, and customer-pay repairs. * Use Stellantis diagnostic equipment and factory service information to accurately diagnose vehicle concerns. * Perform comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections. * Identify legitimate maintenance and repair opportunities during inspections. * Complete repairs accurately and efficiently with an emphasis on fixing the vehicle right the first time. * Properly document diagnostic procedures, findings, recommendations, and completed repairs. * Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Dispatchers, Parts personnel, and Service Management. * Maintain strong productivity and efficiency while protecting repair quality. * Complete required Stellantis training and maintain manufacturer certifications. * Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Preferred Qualifications * Stellantis Level 2 or Level 3 certification strongly preferred but not required * Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealership experience preferred * ASE certifications are a plus * Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic abilities * Experience with Stellantis diagnostic systems and factory service information * Ability to consistently produce quality flat-rate hours * Strong understanding of warranty repair procedures * Excellent problem-solving skills * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record * Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude High-Producing Technicians Wanted This position is especially suited for technicians who want the opportunity to turn hours and maximize their income.
